Golden Autumn by Prince Matchabelli: launched in 1948.




Fragrance Composition:


So what does it smell like? It is classified as a woody chypre fragrance for women. It was described as "crisp and refreshing as Autumn itself, with mossy and leafy notes to give it a crisp cold snap zest. Meant to lift your spirits at falling leaf time Is fragrance that combines flower scents with woody notes."
  • Top notes: bergamot, galbanum, honey
  • Middle notes: rose, jasmine, patchouli, labdanum
  • Base notes: musk, vetiver, sandalwood, cedar, oakmoss, amber

Fate of the Fragrance:



Discontinued, date unknown. Still being sold in 1967.
